Journaling is proven to help your mental health and wellness. It doesn’t have to be long or perfectly written, but the act of putting pen to paper has the power to relax at the very least and reveal at the very best. Journal prompts have really helped jog my noggin’ and become a wonderful place to start a conversation with God.
