It’s funny….this mid-life phase that I’m in. A place where children move on and parents move in. My parents haven’t physically moved into our home, but they’ve moved back into my life in a different way. Now that the responsibilities of child-rearing and work have taken on a new form, I have more time to spend just watching, listening and assisting my parents in this stage of life. Father’s Day is approaching and on this week’s Media Monday we celebrate the man behind our Dad. Embrace them while they’re here – time just doesn’t stand still.
