What is Accompaniment Coaching?
Accompaniment Coaching is a learning journey; a Spirit-led, collaborative process of coaching and mentoring. It’s a safe place to explore where God is showing up in our everyday life experiences. It is a place to recognize how our human and spiritual growth coincide to identify God’s Holy Work within us for the service of others.
Coaching is the breath that moves throughout the transformation process. Coaching taps into a source of energy that helps us transition gracefully from season to season. By unraveling the secrets within the roots, we gain a deeper understanding of the story God has planted within us and seeks to draw out. When needed, suggested approaches can be offered to guide a client towards their desired growth.
Your story is the key to your calling and purpose. Coaching helps untangle any gnarled roots and leads us to the fresh, living water where new growth begins.

Initially, I hired Linda Delia to be my health coach. She was fabulous in that role, so fabulous in fact, that because of how deeply she listens, how well she holds space to allow me to process and think, and how adept she is at following my scattered patterns of communicating, that despite having a Spiritual Director for the past 6 years (and still have), I was compelled to ask her to be my Catholic Spiritual coach. I have no regrets. Linda has a rare ability to make a person feel safe and secure in being vulnerable, listens with the ear of her heart to both the client and the Holy Spirit, and does not shrink back from asking hard (and sometimes painful) questions that are needed to evoke self-awareness in the client to motivate a transformation within. Working with Linda has proven to me time and again that the Light of Christ can shine through a connection with a fellow human being whose mission is to simply love her clients like Jesus did.
